Wine & Unwind Day Spa Has A 12-hour Cancellation Policy
You must cancel / re-book your appointments within a 12-hour time period to avoid a 50% late cancellation / no show fee to cover the service professional for their lost appointment time. All parties of 4 or more will have a 48-hour cancellation policy and need a 50% deposit with a signed contract to be received 72 hours prior to appointment times or they will be canceled, sorry no exceptions. We cannot honor any missed emails requesting changes or cancellations, please contact our location by phone for any booking or modifications to any appointments.
